Based on the prediction of oil and gas reservoirs of seismic data, especially through reservoir fluid replacement method,it is one of the hotspots of seismic exploration technology to understand the influence of petrophysical properties on seismic response characteristics. However, there are many petrophysical models for fluid replacement, and it is necessary to select the appropriate fluid replacement method for the specific geological conditions of the study area in order to solve the problem. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of different fluid replacement methods are studied, and the effective fluid replacement method suitable for the buried hill surface of the carbonate rock is optimized. The software of the graphical user interface is developed to facilitate the follow-up research. At the same time, the model is used to analyze, verify the correctness of the previous interpretation. On this basis, some explanations and refinement of the explanatory data of the pre-work area are carried out.Besides some special features of the seismic data in the BZ area are also analyzed and discussed. The results show that the predicted value of the Gassmann model in the region is low,and the predicted value of the SCA model in the region is higher.Through the forward analysis,it is found that it is necessary to select the appropriate seismic frequency for the buried hill exploration, not the higher the frequency of the seismic wave.At the same time, the unevenness of carbonate rocks will strengthen the amplitude of seismic reflection waves,or the formation of "strip" or "beaded" and other seismic response characteristics, this part should be the focus of further research.
