Construction And Application Of Land Use Survey Management System Based On WebGIS

Land use change survey is an important way for the country to fully grasp the land use change and obtain the basic data of land use.After years of efforts by land use surveyors, A new mechanism was developed that is ministry of land and resources makes remote sensing monitoring plots and local carry out field survey and the results will be checked by the nation.As the whole survey work links each other, department coordi-nation poor, basic level staff have lower professional skills, process complicated, time tight task heavy resulted in low efficiency and poor quality problems. Reducing the repeated of process and interim work,ensuring standardization of land survey work with information technology to enhance work efficiency and results quality, is particularly important in the current situation.GIS as a powerful tool for spatial information management was widely applied in land change survey,establishing land use survey management system based on WebGIS can achieve efficient management of the work on land use change survey, is of great value and significance.According to survey-related standards and specifications,this paper takes the actual operation mode of land change survey in a certain city as the research object,meet the demand of land change survey, designed and developed land change survey management system based on WebGIS.This paper use a combination of WebGIS technology to technology, Ajax, Java service in land change survey management system, MySQL as relational database to be used to manage monitoring plot data, Use Web services and map services for data acquisition and updates.This paper summarizes the development process of land change survey at home and abroad, and elaborates the process of land change survey in our country at present; Some technology was introduced to support WebGIS of this system,like Ajax technology, single page web technology and restful style of Java background services technology;After in-depth analysis the demand for land and resources bureau and other related department, and the functional requirements of the system have been made on the further study ,then the system's design was determined, after that, complete system design based on b/s mode and database design;A new land change survey management program was designed, the process of the survey task of the release, upload and management were integrated, with the front and background separation technology to design and complete the system construction.System has been used in a certain city of Shandong province to help to land change survey work which proved to be scientific and practical value.
