Ultra-cold atoms is one of most important and widely applied in modern physics,so the researches about it has significant impacts.The experiments are still scarce because of the strict experimental conditions despite that the experimental technology had achieved a new level,so the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation become more and more crucial.The works about ultra-cold atom in this thesis are as followed:The theoretical background knowledge had been introduced in the first part,including the developments and applications of cold atom.Then a scheme had been proposed for determining high fidelity balanced Dicke state with any even N atoms through squeezed vacuum state,that is to say manipulating the cold atoms via squeeze operator in cavity QED.After numerical analysis based on rotating coupled BECs physical system,it had been found that the intra-component and inter-component atomic interactions have equivalent influences on the structure of energy spectrum of the system.As the interactions strengthening,the probability of quantum state transition increases.However,the increase of intra-component could lead to the quantum state transition and adiabatic process broken more easily.In addition,the energy of rotation coupled BECs system changes with the different degree of interactions,the positive and negative of interactions determine the change direction.While the positive and negative of internal Josephson coupled constant have no effect of the structure of energy spectrum,even it could changes the frequency of the system.Finally,the influence of Rashba spin-orbit coupling and Zeeman Effect conducted by external magnetic field on cold atom system had been investigated.When spin-orbit coupling constant ? is small,the influence of Zeeman Effect on energy level is more significant than that of Rashba spin-orbit coupling.Along the ? increasing,the effect of the Rashba spin orbit coupling on the energy level gradually counteracts the influence of the Zeeman Effect.With the external magnetic field enhancing,stronger Rashba spin-orbit coupling is needed to counteract the influence of the Zeeman Effect.Competition mechanism obviously exists between Rashba spin-orbit coupling and Zeeman Effect.Furthermore,Rashba spin-orbit coupling could change the system energy linear structure while the Zeeman Effect not.
