Earthquake is thought to be a natural phenomenon caused by the mechanism of crustal mechanics,it is one of natural disasters which to bring the greatest impact to people; The main contents of this thesis are to introduce the InSAR fundamental, the radar image of before and after the Yushu earthquake by obtaining the PALSAR radar sensor is used as the original data, and then using the two-pass differential interferometry to process Master-Slave image, and last coseismic deformation on InSAR line of sight of Yushu earthquake was calculated. In the process of processing,Data selection, registration and resampling, filtering, phase unwrapping,Orbital refining, geographic coding and other problems are considered.Considering the need to improve the accuracy of ground surface seismic deformation field, the Goldstein filter is used to filter the differential interference graph in the process of processing. All these showed that the deformation range of the Yushu earthquake area is-0.58m-0.37 m,and The southwest part of Yushu earthquake area is subsidence deformation, the northeast is divided into uplift deformation. In this thesis, the correlation model of Okada dislocation theory is introduced in the process of seismic source parameter inversion.Assuming that the faults are located in the homogeneous medium of elastic half-space,the method of establishing the dislocation deformation and strain model of point source and finite moment is introduced in detail. As the same time, assuming that the faults slip into uniform sliding, the inversion method of fault geometry parameters has been interpreted systematically and based on the theoretical basis, the nonlinear inversion of the fault geometry parameters of Yushu earthquake is carried out as constrained data, and the result is basically fitted with the results published in CMT.In the process of linear inversion of the slip amount of faults, the geometric parameters obtained by the previous step are known as data, and the fault slip distributions of the research area are obtained.Based on the above results, the focal parameters of Yushu earthquake are calculated, and the moment tensor is: the corresponding moment magnitude which is basically consistent with the results published in CMT.In order to validate the accuracy of the fault slip inversion in Yushu earthquake,At the end of the thesis, the inversion results are positively processed, the deformation field of the Yushu seismic region is obtained.Comparing the deformation field with the deformation field obtained by the PALSAR radar image. It is necessary to note that due to the fault sliding inversion process, the ground surface with the seismic deformation field is reduced and sampled, the deformation region has more sampling points than other regions. Therefore, when comparing the two deformation fields, the main point of the deformation area is selected. The final comparison shows that the difference of the deformation field is basically within ± 10 mm.
