The paper studies a class of four mesh circuit and obtains a class of second order ordinary differential equations,through analyzing the voltage the current and the electricity of the four mesh circuit.Then according to the nature of matrix eigenvalues the paper discusses the expression and structure of the circuit solution about this equations.Besides it also designs and analyzes the four mesh circuit with applying the Research achievements of the Quadratic Eigen-Problem.After analyzing the four mesh circuit,the thesis further explores the design of the four mesh circuit.As for the partial information about the matrix M of inductance,the matrix C of resistance and the matrix K of capacitance,it looks for all the information suitable for the given conditions to achieve the design of the four mesh circuit.Concretely speaking,by means of the solutions to the quadratic inverse eigen-problems of the double eigenpairs and the three eigenpairs,it provides the requirements for solving the problems,acquires the expression under the existence of the solutions,and confirms the correctness of the solutions with several examples.
