| Water is the origin of life,both the human production and social development can't go without water.With the development of economy and society,there is a growing demand for water,In some areas,especially in the water resources are scarce arid areas,producing and living water occupy ecological water,resulting in deterioration of the ecological environment,then affect social and economic development.In order to improve the ecological environment that has begun to deteriorate,some projects aimed at improving the ecological water conservancy projects have been carried out.In foreign countries,construction of water conservancy project started in early twentieth Century,Focus on river runoff,frequency,duration,the timing of occurrence and variation of hydrological conditions and other factors effects for the maintenance the ecosystem biodiversity and the integrity? In China,from the end of 1970 s to twenty-first Century,the number of water conservancy projects has increased rapidly,most studies mainly discuss the ecological effects of species,population,community and ecosystem at different scales.Because of the influence of water conservancy project on ecology and environment is a long-term,slow,potential and extremely complex.After the completion of water conservancy project on the ecological environment will have a certain impact,and through regulation of natural restoration,ecological structure can reach the new balance,and human activity enhancement,such as tourism activities,will affect and break new balance,forming a dynamic ecosystem structure.Therefore,carry out the ecological effect evaluation of water conservancy projects,study how to take active measures to cope with the dynamic environment system changes toward the direction of favorable to human development,to achieve sustainable development and the improvement of the ecological environment has extremely important practical significance and value.Scientific analysis of ecological effects of water conservancy projects,analysis of the impact of water conservancy construction on the ecological environment,it provides an important theoretical basis for the coordinated development of regional water conservancy projects and ecological environment.This study is based on previous research,the hydrological data and field survey as the primary data source,combining Landsat remote sensing data,analyzed The LUCC,Runoff,vegetation coverage change trend changes before and after the main water diversion project construction(first,second,third water diversion hub station)in Yanqi basin,and further discussion on water conservancy construction effects on the ecological effect in Yanqi basin.The results showed that: 1)after the water diversion hub station completed,the dynamic degree of land use in the study area is increasing,especially the growth of cultivated land,104.9%,57% and 176% respectively,but the bare land area reduces 53.8%,reduces 11% and increases 31%.2)Based on the comparative analysis of water resources utilization efficiency and ecological environment quality before and after the water conservancy project built,Learned that after the completion of the first water diversion hub station the water supply increased by 6.77×10~8 m~3 and the water loss decreased by 1.045×10~8 m~3,after the completion of the third water diversion hub station,the annual average runoff into the Bosten Lake increased to 15.46×10~8 m~3,show that the temporal and spatial distribution of water conservancy project can effectively adjust the water resources in oasis region of the Kaidu river,meet the human needs of water resource utilization.3)After the operation of the project,vegetation coverage and biomass of the study area increased and bare land decreased gradually,it reveals that water conservancy project plays an important role in the ecological environment.In short,water diversion project can improve water diversion and distribution conditions of Kaidu River,effective use of water resources,achieve the initial goal,it provides a reference for the arid area water conservancy project ecological effect study. |
