The Study On Key Technologies Of Satellite Data Transmission Resources Scheming

There are several series of Earth Observation Satellites(EOSs)in our country,and they are still in great need.But the amount of the data transmission resources(DTRs),such as ground stations and relay satellites,isn't enough for EOSs observation data download.In the face of great amount of EOSs and their increasing,it demands greatly mediating the requirements collision of DTRs among EOSs and achieving eligible gain simultaneously so as to enhance the serving quality of DTRs.Usually,users expect to find out how the level of DTRs collision,and after mediating the completeness of data transmission and the serving quality of DTRs will be in a period of time.It is intended to provide evidence for users' designating DTRs to serve important observation data download or regulating observation missions,when the DTRs collision is too badly.This is the problem that the technology of satellites DTRs scheming would solve.This paper studies on several key aspects of the technology as follow:1.The framework of DTRs scheming technology.We look into the characteristics of DTRs and how the DTRs collisions occur.On the basis of the comprehension of the DTRs scheming's common process and elements,we work out The framework of DTRs scheming technology.2.DTRs scheming methods respectively based on immune genetic algorithm(IGA)and heuristic strategies.The DTRs scheming technology needs different methods to output schemes for users selecting.Be aware of EOSs' orbiting cycle inducing the DTRs requirement collision occurring periodically,we design a DTRs scheming method based on IGA which utilizing the info of forward DTRs schemes to direct the current DTRs scheming.Besides,we design several methods based on heuristic strategies which are extracted from DTRs scheming objective and user demand.3.Effectiveness evaluation of DTRs scheming based on AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP).It needs to evaluate each data transmission scheme output from all scheming methods based on a same effectiveness evaluation index system,so as to show the status of the satellite data transmission activities.We study on an applicable effectiveness evaluation methods and put forward a evaluation index system for satellite DTRs scheming output by looking into the elements of EOSs and DTRs and guidelines of scheming.4.DTRs scheming experiment system.Based on research above,we design an experiment system to validate the solutions in this paper.
