Three-dimensional laser scanning technology can quickly obtain the high-precision three-dimensional spatial information of the surface of the object,which can meet the requirements of the rapid development of the geospatial information service industry because of its large data,high precision,visualization and depth utilization.It is a kind of technical means which can not be obtained in the process of urban geographic information acquisition.Vehicle laser scanning technology as a three-dimensional laser scanning system in a class,To the car as a platform for driving on the road,the road and its surrounding buildings for close laser scanning work,access to three-dimensional information.It is widely used in digital city,basic surveying and mapping,urban planning,transportation and so on.Car laser scanning system with the ground three-dimensional laser scanning and airborne three-dimensional laser scanning system compared to start late.How to quickly carry out the classification of ground surface extraction,reduce the amount of data,improve efficiency,is the vehicle laser scanning data processing problems to be solved.Aiming at these problems,this paper proposes a research method based on point cloud segment method to extract road boundary line.This method mainly focuses on how to reduce the amount of data to carry out road extraction work on vehicle point cloud data.In the first three chapters of this paper,the research background,the research significance and the research status of the subject are discussed respectively;And then briefly describes the working principle of three-dimensional laser scanning technology and vehicle laser scanning system system structure;Finally,the vehicle point cloud data and common data classification methods to introduce learning.This paper proposes a point cloud segment method to extract the road boundary line of the vehicle point cloud data by taking the depth study of the vehicle laser scanning technology and the data processing in order to reduce the data computation and improve the operation efficiency.This method takes into account the factors such as the spatial distribution of vehicle point cloud data and the elevation difference between road and surrounding objects;,Firstly,the XOZ surface is projected on the cloud data and the elevation histogram is generated to determine the location of the cloud segment.And then in the cloud cloud data in the slope of the difference to determine the road boundary point,The horizontal point of the boundary point calculation and spatial horizontal distance difference calculation pseudo-point removal,The boundary points of the optimized boundary line are fitted to form the road boundary line;Finally,through the MATLAB software to Jiujiang City,a large point of cloud data validation algorithm,and a simple analysis of the results.Finally summarize the full text,put forward the follow-up will be optimized to correct the direction of development.
