Study On Sedimentary Facies And Sequence Stratigraphy Of Shanxi Formation In Zizhou-Mizhi Area

Under the guidance of paleotology and stratigraphy,high-resolution sequence stratigraphy,sedimentary petrology,geochemistry and geophysics,and based on the Chengjiazhuang section which is in Shanxi Liulin and more than 110 wells data,according to princle of high-resolution sequence stratigraphy and existing research data,one super-long time base level cycle,two long time cycles and six middle time base cycles were distinguished from Shanxi Formation in Zizhou-Mizhi area.Middle time base cycles framework was established.According to facies markers of petrology,paleotology,geochemistry and geophysics,the sedimentary facies of Shanxi Formation in the study area were divided into delta plain and delta front,included two sedimentary subfacies and seven sedimentary microfacies,and the characteristics of each sedimentary facies were summarized.Sequence stratigraphic development cnotrolled by tectonic subsidence,eustatic sea-level change,sediment supply and geologic climate.Tectonic subsidence is the most main controlling factor.
