Energy is the key to the development of human society.With the continuous development of economy,human's demand for energy is becoming more and more intense.In order to realize sustainable development and response to the call of ecological civilization,the utilization rate of fossil energy is reducing gradually and renewable energy is becoming the main energy for human existence.Our country is rich in marine resources.The comprehensive test platform that is able to make use of a variety of marine clean energy can reduce the environmental load,and it is also an important embodiment of science and technology progress.Firstly,the open water performance forecast for the turbine is carried out based on the k-?turbulence model combined with A hybrid grid technique.The 3D and 2D models are respectively adopted to calculate the hydrodynamic performance of the horizontal shaft turbine and the vertical shaft turbine.Then a brief analysis of the flow field around the turbine is made,providing a reference for the overall layout of the comprehensive test platform.At last,the influence of distance between the turbines and their rotation direction on the turbine performance and flow field are discussed,providing reference for the reasonable arrangement of tide power generation devices.Secondly,a preliminary design for the offshore renewable energy test platform is carried out.The installation position of the various power generation devices is determined,and some related facilities and equipments for installation and maintenance are arranged,as well as the outfitting and electrical and mechanical equipments.In addition,subdivision is carried out on the platform.According to ABS floating drilling structure specification,the preliminary arrangement of the platform is carried out and the barycentric coordinates of the platform are estimated.Thirdly,the center of gravity and buoyancy and the total weight of the test platform are estimated according to the general arrangement and structural arrangement.Considering the self-existence and the normal working status,wind heeling moment on the platform under different wind angles are respectively calculated based on the specification.The intact stability and damage stability of the test platform are analyzed by using NAPA software.And stability curves is checked in accordance with CCS rules.Finally,the mooring positioning system is designed for the offshore renewable energy test platform.Based on analysis of the marine environment load in the working area of the platform,including the wind load,flow load and wave load,the mooring material and arrangement of the mooring system are determined.By using AQWA software,the motion response characteristic in frequency domain of the platform under various environmental load is analyzed,as well as its mooring movements in time domain.
