Three dimensional spatial interpolation is an important way and way for 3D geological modeling to reproduce geological space.Due to the limitation of geological environment and capital cost,we can only get discrete and limited data. Therefore, interpolation is very important for accurately reproducing geological environment.Kriging interpolation,as an important research content of geological 3D visualization,is a geo statistical method to study the wide application of random and correlation variables in nature. The geological environment is intricate, and the geographical phenomena are characterized by randomness and structure.Kriging interpolation not only considers the spatial relationship between variables, but also takes into account the structure and randomness of the variable, and can fully characterize the structural information of the regionalized variables.Three dimensional spatial interpolation should consider the spatial structure characteristics change in different directions, and search the neighborhood of three dimensional space to get the attribute model of spatial interpolation. The current three-dimensional spatial interpolation is less concerned with the variation of spatial anisotropy. In this paper, using geostatistics knowledge, the spatial structure and anisotropy of geological environment are taken into account in the interpolation process, and 3D geological property model is established by drilling data Kriging interpolation in three-dimensional space. In this paper, three dimensional geological model is established for 3D borehole data.First, the borehole data is analyzed and processed. The variation direction of the characteristics of the study area is analyzed. The variation function values of different directions in the three-dimensional space are calculated and the suitable theoretical model is chosen to fit the variation function, and the anisotropy in the three-dimensional space is applied. In the three-dimensional space, the spatial data set to be interpolated is created and the axial and searching radius of the three-dimensional space ellipsoid is determined, and the ordinary gram is used in the three-dimensional space.Ordinary Kriging is used to interpolate 3D data of borehole data attributes.By using python, the calculation and fitting of variogram and the algorithm of ordinary Kriging interpolation process in three-dimensional space are realized, and the 3D geological attribute model is established. Finally, the interpolation results are verified. The results show that 3D Kriging interpolation can better reflect the anisotropic characteristics of geological space and improve the accuracy of the results.
