Environment is the most important factor to affect human behavior,in addition to the individual factors.Among the environmental factors, the auditory and visual factors commonly influence people's behavior silently, and the underlying mechanism is also discussed for a long time.Music is an obscure environmental factor, and the human brain in the perception of music can automatically analyze the composition of music, thus the music affect the mood and behavior. The color stimulates the nervous system by means of the color spectrum, and then affects behavior. The altruistic behavior has far-reaching significance in the human cooperative system.Individuals in organizations often raise their overall interests at the expense of their own costs. The explanation mechanism behind this phenomenon has always been very vague, and it is of practical significance to study the altruistic behavior to understand the cooperation mechanism of the society. Two experimental results proved that, music and color significantly affected the altruistic behavior.Specifically,a quiet,slow-paced music, compared to a positive,fast-paced pop could promote more altruistic behavior;blue, compared to red could promote more altruistic behavior. In addition, this article also used a process-tracing technique to monitor the selection of adaptive strategy and the construal level. Results suggested that decision heuristic played a mediating role in the link between colors and individual altruistic behaviors, and construal level played a mediating role in the link between background music and individual altruistic behaviors.
