The sound insulation is a key component of acoustic logging instrument,it locats between the acoustic emission short and reception short,as a relatively independent short,to prevent the sound wave emitted by the acoustic emission from transmitting from the transducer to the receiving transducer through the instrument directly.At present,there are many kinds of the sound insulation structures of the acoustic logging instrument in domestic,and the sound insulations abroad also has their own merits.But the design of sound insulations in domestic mostly come from the imitation,and whether the sound insulation effect is good or bad can only be known after the trial production,by testing the prototype,it is very difficult to predict the sound propagation characteristics of sound insulation at the design stage.The basic reason is that the structure of sound insulation is quite special,and the sound insulation is generally composed of non-continuous structure parts,or even mixed with non-metallic materials,in which the connecting parts of the sound propagation has no suitable modeling method.Based on the study of sound insulation structure and the finite element method,the finite element simulation of sound insulation performance is carried out by using ANSYS software.In order to ensure the correctness of the finite element modeling and calculation method,firstly,the model of the research object is established,and the theoretical verification is carried out.Then,the model of the sound insulation groove tube(Continuum Structure)is established,and the theoretical verification is carried out.And then,in this field have been studied for the first time a pin structure isolator(non-continuum Structure)of the sound propagation,in order to solve the modeling of non-continuous structure calculation,by means of the test results,the equivalent model of combining part of the pin connection structure.Thus the modeling technology of the pin body structure sound insulation,the sound insulation performance of the insulation body can be predicted in the design stage,and it is very favorable for the innovative design of sound insulation.
