The Development Of Water Ultrasonic Transducer Sound Field Measure System

In seismic physical simulation technology,the ultrasonic transducer is often used as a source,and its sound field characteristics affect the experimental operation and the result analysis.Seismic experiment quality closely related to performance of transducer,and the acoustic field characteristics affect the source selection and experimental operation planning;At the same time,the differences of the acoustic fields and boundary conditions,always makes data processing results have certain deviation.So acoustic field characteristics of the transducer is crucial to the experimental technique,but at this stage in the Seismic field,there is a lack of effective equipment of measuring the acoustic fields;in order to solve this problem,this paper proposes the development of water ultrasonic transducer sound field measure system,and mainly aims at the study of ultrasonic source in the seismic experiment environment.At first,we analyze the characteristics of acoustic transducer parameter and some experiment measurement methods,and establish the system framework and functional requirements.Then according to the framework of the system,design and implement the locating mechanism,then establishes the devices of acquiring,trigger and another,finally,design and implement the software according to the functional requirements.In the development stage,the location motion is elaborate designed,especially the design of high accuracy of transmission system satisfies the requirements of measuring the sound field;The control software is also realized the control multi-threaded interactions,and the user interface,concise and easy,can flexibly realize a variety of movement process of acquisition.This article also verifies a series of the equipment functional,and gives the operation and data processing method of the sound field measurement of the transducer.The result proves that the equipment can meet the demand of design.
