Digital holography is one of the most important research topics in the field of information optics.It is based on the theory of optical holography.Optical holography,computer technology and electronic imaging technology combined to generate the digital holography.First,CCD camera or other electronic imaging devices discrete sample the optical intensity distribution hologram,and then a certain encoding method is used to save it as an image file.The hologram is processed by a computer using digital methods.The corresponding algorithm is used to reconstruct the information of the original object wave to carry out the image reconstruction.At present,the quality of color digital holographic reconstruction is still lower than that of the digital camera.However,digital holography with multiple colors can effectively record the change of complex physical quantity.The research of color digital holography is of great significance for the detection of digital holography under various wavelengths.The present dissertation discussed the theory of digital holography and color digital holography.At the first time,color digital holography has been applied to perform tissue section analysis.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows.1.The dissertation described the systemic analysis and detailed investigation of basic principles of digital holography and color digital holography.And it expounded the multi-wavelength digital hologram files recorded by a monochrome CCD,the principle and procession of color image restoration.2.The numerical simulation of the color image was described and the realization method of color digital holography was analyzed.The digital color image was transformed andreconstructed by Matlab software.3.The reflection and transmission multi-wavelength digital holography configurations based on the Mach-Zehnder interferometer were built.The experimental results showed that a monochrome CCD can be used to record the hologram of various wavelengths.The digital image processing method was used to realize the color matching of the reconstructed image of multi wavelength digital holography.
