Suspension box cableway system is the most widely used measurement technology in river flow measurement in China at present.In addition to the most commonly used propeller flow meter,the suspension box cable system can also be equipped with microwave current meter,electromagnetic flow meter,ADCP,etc.The equipment,however,currently the control software of the cable box system is the default current measuring equipment is the propeller current meter,it can not support a variety of current measuring equipment,and the control software is also closed,can not provide data interface and command interface.In view of the above problems,the subject has studied the key technologies in the control software communication process based on the past experience of the control software design of the cable box system and the computer remote communication technology,and developed the ACS type integrated flow measurement platform.The ACS integrated flow measurement platform can not only complete the traditional suspension cableway system control software to control the suspension cableway system to complete the flow measurement,but also realize compatibility with multiple flow measurement devices and provide data interface and control instructions for the upper flow measurement control software.The function of the interface realizes the platformization of the measurement software.The ACS integrated flow measurement platform not only can be used as a flow measurement software to complete the flow measurement,but also can be used as a platform to provide the necessary data and motion control interfaces for the flow control software of other flow measurement systems.As the upper software,the Modbus protocol is used to exchange information with the lower programmable controller to control the suspension cableway system.As the lower platform,TCP/IP Sockets protocol is used to es Tab.lish communication with the upper software.The integrated flow measurement platform has four work modes: debug mode,manual mode,flow measurement mode,and platform mode.The four modes respectively implement different functions.The debugging mode is used for software debugging and installation;the manual mode is used to complete the traditional flow measurement;the flow measurement mode is used to carry the measurement device to complete the flow measurement;the platform mode provides the upper software interface and is divided into controlled The mode and programming operation mode,the controlled mode is used to complete the flow measurement with other measurement equipment supporting software,and the programming operation mode is used to run the programmed automatic measurement program.The software follows the principle of modular design.The structure can be divided into control program,flow measurement program,debugging program,instrument program,running program and interpreter program,and da Tab.ase.The control program uses the Modbus communication protocol to control the cable box system;the flow measurement program controls the movement of the cable box system for the suspension mechanism;the debugging program completes the communication connection by reading the constant of a data block in the PLC.Debugging,simulate the movement of the cable box system of the hanging box by performing four operations on the coordinate of the starting point,the coordinates of the hanging box and the coordinates of the suspension bar.Simulate the water surface signal and the drop signal through the manual button,and simulate the measuring equipment through the manual button.The flow rate signal;The instrument program provides the interface for other current measuring equipment;The operating program uses the control instruction Tab.le provided by the integrated flow measurement platform to complete the programming mode;The interpreter uses the string segmentation technique and the switch multibranching statement to parse and execute the full-automatic flow measurement program.The da Tab.ase program uses SQL statements to read,write,delete,and change the measurement data and device data.The successful development and application of the integrated flow measurement platform has promoted the further development of intelligent hydrological flow measurement and modernization,provided a motion control platform for the research of flow measurement technology by various scientific research units,and made irreplaceable contributions to the hydrological work.
