Land is not only the foundation of people's livelihood,but also the cornerstone of social development.The issue of land use has been concerned widely.Recently,with the rapid development of information technology,land management and application departments at all levels in our country has used technologies such as GPS,photogrammetry,RS actively to realize dynamic monitoring of land use,and has accumulated a large number of land use data of the same area in different periods.It is urgent to find a fast and efficient detection method and a comprehensive analysis model to find out the content and characteristics of the changing data.Considering this realistic demand,this article carried out a series of research work,the main contents are as follows:1.According to the different structures of source data,the change detection of spatial data is divided into three categories.Each flow is summarized and the key technologies are described.It provides a basic solution for change detection of land use data.2.For land use polygons in different periods,following the flow of change detection between vector data,the matching method based on comprehensive similarity is proposed in which location,shape,spatial relation and sematic are all been considered.And the geometrical change forms of land use polygons are classified into disappearance,new,expansion,shrink,invariance,division,merger and combination change based on entity matching types,with the property changes may occur at the same time.The change discrimination bases are given.3.From the perspective of time and space dimension,the flow statistics of land use polygons and the space and structure change of land use types are described.And the change detection method and change analysis model put forward are verified by carrying out experiment using some measured data.The above research effectively enriches the change detection method and statistical analysis model of land use data in different periods,and provides necessary guarantee and information base for land use structure optimization,rule mining,trend forecast,management and decision-making and so on,which has important theoretical value and profound practical significance.
