Rotary Ultrasonic Machine was regarded as an excellent technology with noharm to internal material. And it was used widely in hard and brittle material forits advantage of efficiency improved obviously. But how to transmit the power toinner spindle is the first problem that should be solved. A method which based onelectromagnetic coupling was proposed that can transmit power in a non-contactway. This device could adjust the need of automatic tool changing because of120°outline of primary side, the can be up to56%.Since the application of ultrasonic transducers' property, matching circuit wasloaded between power source and transducer which embodied two parts: one wasattuned matching which means the PZT becomes pure resistance and idlecomponent down to zero by proper LC combination. Another was impedancematching: which means change the impedance of PZT circuit to match the powerimpedance to improve the power efficiency, if not so, PZT may fever easily, andvibratory wave decreased or even disappeared. A new multiple matchingcircuit-LCC was proposed, experimental results shown that matching effect wassufficient and could meet most of tasks of no-load.Environment temperature transformation or equipment aging would causematching circuit to be unavailable if there is no change. However, even thetraditional frequency tracking can ensure the phase between voltage and currentonly. The PZT wasn't working at resonance frequency that would lead to powerlost and influence the machining effect. So it is acute to improve the static method,in this part, matching inductance dynamically was designed which based onmagnetic flow theory that only change smoothly. And hysteretic error currentmethod was proved effective. For the main problems of complex and non-linear,Fuzzy neural network was used to predict the value of matching inductor.Coordinating with intelligence algorithm, the system can match dynamically. Andthe results of simulation would be useful to precise ultrasonic power.
