With the concept of light-weight and low-emission materials gaining more and more popularity, aluminum is becoming more and more widely used in Aerospace, transportation, military and civilian fields. What's more, the trend of substituting aluminum for steel becoming more and more obvious in material field. With the increasing demand for aluminum, aluminum processing industry gained rapid development at the same time, the requirement for the quality of aluminum alloy material also have further improved. Aluminum alloy casting is the key in determining the property and quality of aluminum alloy products, and it is the most impending process for intellectualized aluminum alloy manufacturing, providing the high quality of ingot of subsequent working procedure such as rolling, extrusion and forging. The purpose of this paper is to study in the batching optimization method based on aluminum alloy casting production line, from which to exert the potential of aluminum alloy material and gain low cost and high quality aluminum alloy ingot. We started from the first process of the aluminum alloy casting in order to get the optimal matching scheme to guide the industrial production process; To get the overall design scheme of aluminum alloy casting batching optimization method, completing the ratio of multi-objective optimization model based on linear programming and based on burdening impact on property of aluminum alloy casting industry knowledge base and reasoning about some rules, using the simulation software to verify the feasibility of the aluminum alloy casting batching optimization method.Based on the aluminum alloy casting production line as the background, through analysis of the aluminum alloy casting process and the present status of aluminum alloy casting burdening, this paper aimed to get some information about the needs of the aluminum alloy casting, put forward the detailed design scheme of aluminum alloy casting batching optimization method. Qualified composition and a lowercost were setted as ingredients for aluminium alloy casting production line optimization standard. Through establishing model of ratio with multi-objective optimization, which based on linear programming, we simulated the model and got the matching results. Analyzed the difficult in the process of aluminum alloy casting burdening, got two factors determine the stability of product performance: the joined raw materials components and control standard of burdening. Summing up aluminum alloy product classification features, the influence of main compositions on the aluminum alloy products with the product property, the influence of aluminum alloy casting production process with the product property and build knowledge base structure. Using method of fuzzy reasoning to construct the fuzzy set, reasoning part fuzzy rules of aluminum alloy components that based on the content of the three parts in the knowledge base. Expatiating on reasoning process.At the end of this Thesis, we summarized the research achievements of the aluminum alloy casting burdening optimization method in the process, and analyzed the short of the optimization method, pointing out the direction of the further optimization.
