In cement production, each link in the process is connected with each other, so the efficiency and quality will be reduced if one link has problem. Therefore, keeping equipment working normally is the guarantee of normal production. The character of cement production which has a large number of equipment that has complex structure, is long production line and harsh environment. It may lead to many serious problems when one production site equipment malfunction if not solved timely. Therefore, it has important sense in fault diagnose research. Similarly, it will be an important direction development of cement production in the future.The study on fault diagnose system of key equipment based on actual cement production site. The goal of the study is the research thought can provide meaningful reference on fault diagnosis in other key equipment, the developing fault diagnose system can realize the predetermined fault diagnosis function.Getting key equipment of cement production process by understanding the cement technology, Select kiln high temperature fan as the research object. Firstly, extract the key feature parameters of high temperature fan in different running state. To determine the parameters in the normal range according to the setting variation range of parameters. Simulate the high temperature fan data collected from the field, obtaining different change tendency of the parameters under different fault types. The paper use fuzzy reasoning and case-based reasoning in algorithm research. According to the analysis of different change tendency of the parameters, to identify fault diagnose rules by fuzzy reasoning, then save the rules in the rule base in order to providing reference for case-based reasoning. In case-based reasoning algorithm, using clustering method for data pre-processing to classify data that represents different running status of key equipment. By comparing the similarity of the case to determine the degree of case maching. Finally, make design and development the fault diagnose system software. From the point of industrial application, to develop the key equipment fault diagnosis system software based on Freelance AC800 F System of ABB Company. The fault diagnosis system consists of OPC data transmission, front interface of fault diagnosis and background SQL Server 2000 database. Preparation the software of diagnose system by VB6.0. Simulate the history data that representing the state of the equipment by using the developed fault diagnose system and obtained satisfied simulation results.
