Internal mixer is the major equipment of mixing process in the tire industry. The control result of the internal mixer could influence the quality of tire product directly. With the rapid development of Chinese automobile industry, there is the higher requirement for the quality of tire, so it is necessary to research the temperature control of the internal mixer.The thesis is based on the mixing production line and expounds the composition of mixing production line and the working principle of mixer. The paper focuses on the structure and control process of the mixing temperature control system and establishes the mathematical model of the thermostatic water system through the mechanism method. In view of the thermostatic water system, the factors to be controlled are related to each other. With the multivariate compensation decoupling internal model control method, the process will be divided into two independent control loops. Finally, the paper designs the internal model controller for the generalized controlled object after decoupled. The internal model controller can make the system robustness well by setting up the filter parameter value and solve the inaccuracy of the model. In order to enhance the adaptability of the controller, this paper uses the fuzzy algorithm to adjust the parameters of the filter. This method is simple and easy to implement, it has a certain reference value for the industrial application. The paper describes the mechanism modeling method of the thermostatic water cooling system in the internal mixer, the multivariate compensation decoupling internal model control method, the internal model controller designing methods and the parameter optimization method of the filter of the internal model controller. By combining fuzzy algorithm and the internal model control, the paper tries to solve the controller design problem under the unpredictable interferences in the field and the inaccuracy of the model and these are encountered problems during the temperature control system of the internal mixer stable running.At last, the thesis uses the MATLAB to simulate the control system. The simulation results indicate that the control system designed in the paper can enhance the tracking performance, the ability against interference and the adaptability for the inaccurate model.
