This Article has made a research on Annealing Furnace of EFco in Shougang CGL#2, to realize a propose that make galvanizing process and annealing process in a line. Using this line will extend the product range and equipments' efficiency. It will fit the market's need and rise the productivity effect of enterprise.At first, the author introduces the original condition of CGL#2 and galvanizing process and he also tells the furnace of Efco 's structure and control system. Then from the enterprise's real condition, the author provides a principle and goal of modification to reach the best "cost performance". Base on it, the author makes a detail plan, including hardware modification like furnace structure and piping. The key point of modification is the improvement of control system from hardware to software. This is the main work of the author. The automation system is using Siemens S7-400 series PLC, and using ET-200M as slave station. Main control method is close-loop feedback control. At the same time, the author introduces the process of modification and debugging. During debugging process, the author meets some problems and he provides a solution to solve them. At the last part, the author makes an analysis that how to improve the whole equipment system.After modification, the equipments are put on production.
