However, because most of the domestic food processing industry comes from once small workshops, after the 30 years of rapid development, it has the larger scale of production, but there are larger development space on the management concept.In this paper take a liquor packaging line as the research object, introduces the Flow-Shop common problems in production workshop, in-depth discussions on this kind of production process, on the basis of the introduced a set of method of Drum-Buffer-Rope(DBR) production organization based on dynamic buffer management, through this method of scheduling production cost control to provide guidance for the enterprise.During this paper, first introduces the development state of the traditional method of DBR, and then elaborates the improvable aspect in the traditional method of buffer management, then according to the rigid traditional method for buffer management, is proposed based on dynamic method of buffer management mechanism. Through the buffer to real-time monitoring, according to the buffer in products consumption, upper and lower bounds on the safety of the buffer for dynamic adjustment. This method can improve the production fluctuation of adaptability in the process of production at buffer, seek a more suitable in dynamic cache limit, in order to achieve optimal inventory levels. In the end of this article, through programming method realizes a set of wine processing production line production line control and management system, and successfully applicate the design of the method of DBR in the system. In addition, the article uses Flexsim software to comparing the validation of this method, the method is verified a big advantage by the experimental data in the WIP(Work In Process) control. |
