| CNC technology as the key technology to enhance the national level of equipment and manufacturing has a great significance for the country’s strategic level. This thesis explores the traditional project of CNC test, including its performance testing and reliability testing, the basic methods of testing and the relevant standards. To facilitate the reunification of multiple domestic CNC systems performance and reliability, as well as centralized management of test data, the paper developed a performance testing, reliability testing and evaluation program of CNC system, based on remote environment, successfully simplifying the process of testing and verifying at a certain range with the support of project.In this paper, the program allows performance and reliability testing in the scattered arrangement in different workshops, and even different plants CNC system could have been consolidated supervision. We can make all kinds of test data is stored centrally, and easy to use for later analysis; workflow-site staff can be simplified; in particular, the reliability of the test can get the complete reliability data preservation, improve the accuracy of test results.The main work is as follows:Developed a set of data acquisition for management capabilities of performance test and reliability test to achieve the function of data exchange with numerical control system, remote monitoring of the testing process and remote data collection and other functions, and through the open-source database get on unified management towards test data. Data acquisition has also prepared an external data interface which provides data source for remote service platform CNC system.Considering the actual situation of the CNC system performance testing of indicators and this paper analyzes the development of a simple CNC system performance testing program, that is, the CNC runs the specified G code, data acquisition collect data for each axis CNC system works in real-time motion(including instruction data and actual data),And then apply four comparison algorithm then analyzes the command data and real data, and finally come to evaluate the current status of the CNC system performance.We developed a reliability remote testing program of numerical system according to the needs of this article, setting up to 31 test cabinet for reliability testing, and by gathering data acquisition test their reliability data, the thesis computing evaluation of MTTFF, MTTR, MTBF, Inherent availability etc.We carried out performance testing and reliability testing of CNC system, and collect relevant data via remote data acquisition, and make the evaluation respectively to CNC system performance and reliability condition, and make evaluation of the status of the performance to be verified. After seven months of testing proved that this remote testing is feasible and effective. |
