Effect by solar, temperature, water or other factor, materials and products will be aged come with discoloration and roughness on the surface, losing their function and characters and even losing their use value when they expose in a nature environment for a long time. According to relevant data, thousands million is lost per year because of various aging on materials, therefore, aging test is the most effective way to justify the characters of materials.This article will analyze and study the method of material aging test, the standard selection, data processing, aging and aging analysis software applications and other aspects of the model. This paper will research the main factors of light, temperature and water impact of aging, analyzes their impact on the physical and chemical aspects of aging materials, their mutual synergies were analyzed and studied, analyzed the existing typical aging model, on this basis, developed an aging analysis software.First, the status of the working life prediction research materials were analyzed, the aging mechanism to carry materials to study the effects of aging analysis and evaluation of the main factors of aging methods. Secondly, summarized and analyzed the life prediction models, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of each model, and each model that which material are suitable.
