Currently, easy to wear, impact of large spare parts are common phenomena, which the service life of the low, such as blast furnace distributor chute, cone hopper, etc., and adopts composite material preparation technology can meet the demand of its use, because of hard alloy and steel composite technology is being widely used. Therefore, this article study to Cu alloy as the soldering material will YG8 cemented carbide with 45# steel under the condition of the argon gas protection infiltration welding, such as:infiltration welding heating temperature, soldering material selection impact on the microstructure of infiltration welding interface and mechanical properties of joint, and applied research in the process, To reduce proportion distributor chute tooling structure, in order to obtain high strength of welded joint. By means of optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy spectrum (EDS) analysis surface appearance and interface structure, combined with the strength of the interface determination, so as to realize cemented carbide, soldering material, steel achieve high strength. This topic with Cu-Zn-Ni alloy soldering material connection YG8 cemented carbide and 45# steel with infiltration welding technology, through the choice of 1080℃,1120℃ and 1150℃ heating temperature, Cu-Mn-Ni soldering material as comparison test, obtained the best heating temperature, and then to applied research and analysis, and promote it into the preparation distributor chute.Results show that:(1) Using infiltration welding process, can successfully cemented carbide with steel together; and infiltration welding interface bonding is good, have no defects such as slag inclusion, porosity, crack, Finally Obtained the soldering material performance good wettability in cemented carbide and steel infiltration welding process; and this process can obtain high strength, high performance form of joint, it can be promotion preparation of the blast furnace distributor Chute (2) Choose Cu-Zn-Ni soldering material, heating temperature of 1080℃,1120℃ and 1150℃ for infiltration welding, concluded that the heating temperature is 1080℃, the mechanical properties of joint optimal, shear strength of 136Mpa, bending strength can be up to 669Mpa. (3) As the temperature increases, the diffusion of the interface elements more intensity, among, the Co to the steel side long-range diffusion, the Fe to the hard alloy on one side of the long-range diffusion, Cu, Ni, Zn element also has certain diffiuson on both sides to the weld, in addition, the temperature is high, W element diffusion, eventually due to the diffusion between elements, combine and form to Fe-Co-Ni based high strength, high performance solid solution.
