| Thermal exploitation of coal-bed gas is recognized as the most actual method in academic field,but currently the microwave technology for coal-bed gas mining is belong to a new field of study. It can be known that the temperature of coal is growing rapidly with microwave from the early days of coal heating experiments; it not only reduces energy consumption in other heating, but also improves the efficiency of the experiment significantly.Based on the theory of heat transfer, thermodynamics, rock mechanics, seepage mechanics, through the method of experiment indoor, the change rule of deposit and flow of coal-bed gas is studied. The conclusion is given by experimental study:At the condition of the same temperature and the same axial and confining pressure, with the increase of pore pressure, the permeability of coal sample decreases first and then increases; at the condition of the same temperature and the same axial and confining pressure, with the increase of effective pressure, the permeability of coal sample decreases first and then increases; at the condition of the same axial and confining pressure, the permeability of coal sample increases with the increasing temperature when the effective pressure is low, the permeability of coal sample decreases with the increasing temperature when the effective pressure is high.At the condition of the same temperature and the same axial and confining pressure, with the increase of pore pressure, the seepage of coal sample increases exponentially; at the condition of the axial and confining pressure and same pore pressure, with the increasing temperature, the seepage of coal sample increase,but when the temperature is increased to a certain value, the rate of increase is reduced.Finally, comparing the experimental data with the experimental data electric heating,the results show that the seepage of coal sample increase higher with microwave.The law of temperature on the permeability and desorption of coal-bed gas is studied based on experiment. We can conclude that:The seepage of coal-bed gas significantly increased with the increasing temperature, the permeability of coal sample increases with the increasing temperature when the effective pressure is low.The experimental results show that the thermal exploitation of low permeability coal-bed gas is helpful for the production of coal-bed gas. We should reduce the effective pressure before mining. |
