| Gas drainage as the most effective and fundamental way of gas control has been used in various gas mining areas since 1950.in gas drainage process,the most critical factors affecting the effects of drainage is hole sealing quality,and the performance of hole sealing materials affects the quality of hole sealing directlyDimensional stability is the key factor that affecting the quality of polyurethane sealing hole,Under the premise of ensuring the mechanical properties and flame retardant performance, this paper mainly studied the catalysts, flame retardants and the index of isocyanate that influence on compression strength, shrinkage, expansion ratio, flame retardancy, the results shows that:As the index of isocyanate increaseing,Shrinkage rate shows the tendency of decrease. Under the certain condition of catalyst dosage, The foam multiple of different catalyst is the order that:FK3>FK4>FK1>FK2. With catalyst FK3,The foam multiple is 23.4 times and the Shrinkage rate is 2.33%.With the increased dosage of catalyst FK3, polyurethane foam multiple increased first and then decreased, when the joining quality was 2%,A maximum of foam multiple reached 30.1;Shrinkage rate decreases,when the joining quality was2.5%,A minimum of Shrinkage rate reached 0.5%.Joining of flame retardant DMMP,materials have the largest expansion ratio,which is 21.7 times.With TCPP as flame retardant, the foam multiple with a minimum of 18.5 times;Add TCEP, TCPP, material has greater compressive strength of 2 MPa then join DMMP, DMMP have bigger improvement to oxygen index than TCEP, TCPP.Simulation experiments show that the hole sealing material has good liquidity, hole sealing bag has good airtightness, suitable for two sealing and one grouting hole sealing process, under a certain grouting amount, hole sealing length should not exceed a certain value. |
