So study the distribution of contact stress and equivalent stress at the threaded connection of drill, optimized and extend the life of the tool, It is necessary to improve economic efficiency.LWD-200B rig as research subjects, use finite element software ANSYS, Contact analysis five different tooth type of thread, Study distribution of contact stress and equivalent stress in drilling screw junction under the influence shoulder. Get all the stress distribution, find damage causes. And explores the relationship between shoulder and thread of the force. By analyzing put forward a structural parameters improvement program, and numerical verification. Simulation results show that optimization effectively improved stress concentration and improve the fatigue strength of the thread.Obtained the distribution of stress each thread by analyzing, get a variety of factors that affect the life of the thread, and optimize its parameters. Provide important theoretical guidance for improving the service life and safe operation of the thread.
