In China,the mine safety accident is still a common accident cases,so safety in production cannot careless.At present, the mine production base to mechanization and automation, but investment in monitoring technology is far from enough, compared with the developed countries gap is bigger, monitoring technology and equipment is relatively backward.According to the coal mine field investigation and data reading, found that most of the mine safety monitoring system, in our country, using wired way in production, which show the disadvantages of this way:the work of decorating wire is hard, the wiring structure is not flexible, easy to damage and high maintenance costs. The mine cable is numerous, and the cable is one of the key equipment of coal mine power transmission and production safety.According to incomplete statistics, cable fault accident about two-thirds of power equipment, is one of the main cause of coal mine gas accident.This article uses the ZigBee technology in mine replacement cable monitoring difficult area to monitor the way, for the parameters of gas, temperature,humidity and cables for real-time monitoring.We put forward the research scheme of mine safety monitoring system based on ZigBee technology,in this scheme,function nodes have the characters of decorating simple and flexible, low power consumption, low cost,which has good application prospect and social benefits.Finally, we complete system function node circuits and debugging, and environmental parameters real-time acquisition success according to the experiment, the experimental results show that the monitoring system to form a flexible, stable performance, low power consumption, laid the foundation for further research work.
