This paper takes AC8 C Aluminum Alloys squeeze die casting die components for research, the optimum heat treatment parameters and the optimum squeeze die casting of AC8 C Aluminum Alloys support is studied. The phase composition, microstructure and fracture of AC8 C aluminum alloy squeeze die casting support is analyzed by microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and other methods. In addition, this paper studied the effects of different process parameters on mechanism of structure evolution, fracture morphology and mechanical properties. The optimal process parameters of squeeze die casting of AC8 C aluminum alloy support is that the pouring temperature is 630 ℃, the injection speed is 0.1 m/s, the injection pressure is 180 MPa, the mold temperature is 250 ℃, the holding time is 15 s.The optimal process parameters of the heat treatment of AC8 C aluminum alloy squeeze casting support has been determined by the orthogonal test solid solution and aging treatment. The optimum process parameters is that the solid solution temperature is 500 ℃,the solid solution time is 4 h, the aging temperature is 170 ℃,and the aging time is 6h.This paper studies the influence of heat treatment on the alloy microstructure. Through metallographic and energy spectrum analysis was carried out on the alloy after heat treatment. It is observed that the coarse eutectic silicon in the alloy has been changed a lot by fusing and spheroidizing after heat treatment. The strengthening phase of Al2 Cu and Mg2 Si has been dissolved after the process of solid solution treatment, and precipitated dispersedly after aging treatment. Observing the fracture morphology after heat treatment, it can be clearly seen the fracture change from brittle fracture to ductile fracture, the fracture of strength toughening whirlpool, and toughening vortex distribution uniformity, mostly round in toughening vortex axis after heat treatment. The influence of the structure and properties of AC8 A Aluminum Alloy squeeze casting support was studied respectively on the solid solution temperature、the solid solution time and aging time. With the increase of solution temperature, the α-Al boundary gradually disappear, alloy spherical precipitated phase evenly distributed in the matrix at 500 ℃.With the solid solution temperature continues to rise to 510 ℃, burning phenomenon can be clearly observed. Solid solution time 4hours, alloy can be dissolved completely, solid solution time continue to increase, α-Al grew up which can reduce the intensity. With the increase of aging time, the number of precipitated phase particles gradually increases, when the aging time is 6 h, hardness peak will appear, With increase of aging time precipitated phase start to grow up and aggregate, overaging phenomenon has occurred.
