Design And Research Of 8000m DC Drilling Rig

With the oil-gas exploitation extending to super deep,more and more oil and gas field has been found in west of China.The present 7000 m drilling rig cannot meet the demand of safety drill process.While using the 9000 m drilling rig will increase investment in equipment,and there is the problem of low equipment utilization.Therefore,need to be tailored design and manufacture ultra deep drilling rig,which conform to drilling process of tarim oil field.Based on the mature design experience and technology of LANZHOU LS GROUP CO.,LTD.,advanced design and manufacturing technology and concept were introduced.The design processes were observed API and HSE specification.8000 m drilling rig was designed for Tarim Oilfield.Both rotating equipment and lifting equipment in drilling rig are the brand-new design.Numerical simulation software was used to assure the reliability and safety of every part.The new swing structure of derrick and base were used in the design.The structure is simple,light and stability.The hoisting equipment and the high pressure mud pump used domestic material to save cost.The drilling rig used Full-Digital DC.Control Technique.The drilling rig is advanced product which electromechanical,hydraulic and digital control were included.The designed drilling rig key parts were tested in the factory.The test results and the numerical simulation results are basic coincidence.It indicates the design is reasonable.The ZJ80 D drilling rig fits complicated geological structure and achieved uniform good reputation from users.The design reached the design target and the demand of user.The results show the ZJ80 D drilling rig is an energy saving,environment protection,high safety and reliability product.The main technology reached the international advanced level in the same type drilling rig.
