Stamping forming is the main processing method for sheet metal forming.In the actual production process,steel plate deformation is more complex,and there are many influence factors.Therefore,it is important to find out the forming performance of the sheet.In this paper,the effects of the steel plate properties on the accuracy of the progressive die are studied.The research include following aspects:(1)According to the characteristics of the sheet deformation,the process are mainly bending,stretching,bulging,flanging.During the stamping process,the stress of sheet is mainly two direction stress,in the plane stress state.Different stress states can produce different strain.When the stress is not uniform,the deformation of the sheet will appear wrinkle,crack,springback and other defects.(2)In this paper,the finite element simulation theory of sheet metal forming AutoForm is analyzed,and the yield criterion,the type and selection of the element,the algorithm of the finite element control equation,the contact process and other key factors of the numerical simulation are studied in this paper.The deformation law of sheet metal forming process can be obtained by CAE software analysis,and the complicated deformation state of sheet metal stamping process can be directly observed.(3)Four kinds of steel plate are selected as the research object: CR340 LA,SGCC,SPHC,HX420 LAD.Four kinds of experimental methods were selected to test sheet properties,including metallographic test,hardness test,uniaxial tensile test,cupping test.The formability of sheet metal is obtained by experiment,and it is regarded as the criterion of reasonable material selection.(4)From the experimental materials,the material HX420 LAD was selected to study the impact of the material forming performance on the stamping production.Autoform software simulate the whole process of workpiece stamping process,and get the best arrangement of the process plan.(5)Springback is an inevitable problem in stamping forming.Selection of material CR340 LA,reinforcement hinge,with the aid of Autoform software to analyze the influence of forming performance on springback.The simulation results and the physical results are compared and analyzed to find out the gap between the results.
