The background of the thesis is based on the LF-210 ton double location refining furnace electrode regulator system of the XINSTEEL. The historic, present state and perspective of the LF are summarized based on consulting a great deal of documentation. Has carried on the thorough understanding to the existing LF stove automatic control system, in view of the existing electrode regulation system regulator and the intelligence control system thorough research, enhances its stability, anticipated achieved enhances the LF stove working efficiency, reduces the electrical energy and the electrode waste.The steelmaking process for the control of the control system, the data which gathers to the production process in carries on the analysis, unifies its related research material, analyses the electrode regulation system the system function and the correlation programming overall project design as well as in the actual movement process condition. Through in-depth study of the LF furnace electrode regulation system, the electrode regulation control mode, the control principle, the control realization process thorough analysis unifies the scene actual movement situation, realizes the electrical energy and electrode waste depression in the production process, enhances the LF stove the working efficiency. In view of the control system of electrode is non-linear control system that random disturbance is extremely serious, its controlled process is influenced especially use the traditional PID controller in initial stage, the will cause the control effect to be bad. This article designed a fuzzy PID parameters controller. It was based on the normal PID controller, E and EC are took the input, the fuzzy inference method be used to adjust the PID parameters,To fit different E and EC to the controller parameter request, accordingly to have good dynamic and static characteristic.This article design distributed computer control system which is based on the PROFIBUS-DP. It controls the entire smelting process by using Siemens S7-300 and ET200S series PLC. Using Siemens's WinCC configuration software, to complete monitoring software configuration, to realizes the field data real-time recorded and the monitoring. Having designed smelting time, recording inquiry, read-write parameter and so on.
