| With the rapid development of wind power, the transmission system of the wind power generator becomes increasingly large. As an important component of transmission links, the size of the bearing also soars to 2.5 meters and even up to 4 meters.As of now, large size bearing ring quenching fixture design principle follows the self-lock cone. While as bearing size grows, the circumferential pressure exerted on the self-lock cone also increases, and leads to more unloading failure in production; as well as fixture size increases in proportion to bearing size increasing, which heavily increased fixture manufacturing difficulties; mechanical linkage which could be easily applied in small-medium size quenching fixture now is not easy to duplicate in large size bearing quenching fixture, due to size reason, thus the large size bearing quenching fixture creates more mechanical linkage failures in production and needs a more frequent correction.Based on large size case carburized bearing ring quenching fixture principle, this paper discussed advantage and disadvantage of large bearing quenching fixture, explored an entirely design principle to super large size bearing quenching fixture. A super large size bearing quenching fixture supports bearing through several groups of connecting rod systems distributed in different direction, reduce open-close force, especially the unload force, enables the bearing unload easily; rod system optimized size of a single component, reduced manufacturing difficulties; rods systems are driven by a same core shaft, aligned fixture action in every direction.Through practical test methods, the circumferential pressure of the press quenching fixture was obtained, which was caused by the super large size bearing ring during quenching process, and acted as an input value in the simulation. This thesis target to propose an entirely new design plan and eliminate the difficulties in super large size bearing quenching process; based on finite element stress analysis method and tolerance analysis to design a press quenching fixture for super large size bearing ring. And the final design satisfied the requirement of improvement. |
