Research On Environmental Impact Assessment And Countermeasures Of Mining Area For Xingwei Coal Mine

In this paper, Xingwei coal mine is taken as research targets, which is located in Dongliang, Fuxin, the environment problems and ecological impacts caused by mining in mining area are analysed and discussed in this paper at the same time. The influences of hydrology, geology, atmosphere, noise, ecological environment etc to mining area by mining are evaluated comprehensively, environmental impact assessment level and scope are certained, which is based on the basic conditions and characteristics of sewage in mining area, regional environmental characteristics, survey in mining area and data analysis. According to the analysis of environment influence, destruction of land resources, effects on the environment in mining area by solid waste, the destruction and pollution of water resources, air pollution, noise pollution and soil erosion, desertification, landscape damage wider regional influence are get. Ecological environment and geological environment problems caused by mining are detailed analysed at the same time. Based on the result, in order to reduce the adverse environmental impact of mineral resources development, corresponding countermeasures are put forward, so that reduce or eliminate the influence of coal mining on the environment. Sustainable development of mining area came true at the same time, suggestions and measures in aspects of legal, technical, economic, policy etc. has been put forward. The research results of the paper will provide the decision basis for the planning and management of development of mining area for Xingwei coal mine.
