The supporting problem of weakly consolidated soft rock tunnel is a little troublesome question during the process of building coal mine well in the west of China. Engineering practice shows that weak cementation soft rock meet water prone to mud and disintegrating bring great difficulties to roadway support and conveyor. Based on this, this article take main slope well supporting project of Ta Ran Gao Le mining area Hong Qing Liang coal as research object, study support design of tunnel and managing slime gangue. Soft rock meet water softening mechanism was analyzed through field investigation and indoor test. Revealed microstructure and hydrophilic material is the main factor leading to damage deformation after encountering water. Whole section anchor net spray support and whole section anchor net spray frame support were presented by theoretical calculation. Using MIDAS-GTS to do numerical simulation calculation to without support, two theories and existing support show whole section anchor net spray frame support supporting effect is better. Monitored deformation of surrounding rock, strain of concrete and axial force of bolt, Obtain the change law of concrete strain and the axial force of bolt, surrounding rock deformation. Using Super absorbent resin presented by indoor test to manage clay waste rock. The application effect is good. The results of study will provide reference for roadway support and slime gangue govermance issues in weakly cemented soft rock geology conditions.
