Laser deposition manufacturing technology is a new kind of manufacturing technology, the use of high energy laser beam so that cladding materials and metallurgical combination of dense matrix form. But the laser deposition manufacturing is affected by environment seriously, The manufacturing of the parts is widespread, poor fusion large stress and mechanical properties of the disadvantages. Due to the electromagnetic field of welding used in casting and mixing technology of the billet and the welding performance is improved, so this article will be introduced to the electromagnetic stirring in laser deposition manufacturing technology, study the effect of rotating magnetic field on titanium alloy laser deposition manufacturing and mechanism.The electromagnetic stirring technology is introduced into the laser deposition manufacturing, according to the design principles of electromagnetic stirrer and the practical application of laser deposition manufacturing, research and meet the requirements of the experiments of electromagnetic stirrer. The magnetic field intensity of central electromagnetic stirring equipment and the melt pool's electromagnetic force were simulated, and the influence of rotating magnetic field on melt pool electromagnetic force, the flow field and temperature distribution of the melt pool was analyzed by finite element method. The results showed that the electricity magnetic in melt pool decreased slowly at first when increasing the current frequency, and the power loss increased rapidly at the same time,when frequency continued to rise, the electromagnetic force increased gradually and the power loss became stable at this time. And the magnetic field strength of electromagnetic stirrer changed periodically in one exciting current cycle. Under the condition of rotating magnetic field, the temperature and the temperature gradient of melt pool decreased, and circulation in melt pool circumferential direction formed and its velocity distribution was uniform.Experimental study on manufacturing laser deposition assisted titanium alloy under electromagnetic stirring, combining the experimental results and simulation results, and analysis the morphology and microstructure of the rotating magnetic field of laser molten pool. The result shows that the width and depth of molten pool has reduced. combine with the simulation of molten pool in the fourth chapter further verifies the correctness of simulation. Little impact on beta columnar crystal, change the shape of single channel fused.
