In recent years, the high polymer material of silicon as the main raw material obtained fast development because silicon is one of the most abundant elements on earth. Moreover, using silicon as raw material can synthesize a variety of polymer with special properties by many methods. It’s of special advantages that others not. In addition, the molybdenum disulfide as a typical representative of transition metal sulfides is of the nature of graphene. We plan to synthesize the intercalation composite of polysilane/molybdenum disulfide by combining polysilane with molybdenum disulfide, and study its conductivity and friction properties.Firstly, we synthesized 13 kinds of soluble polysilanes including linear,branched and reticulated polysilanes by Wurtz coupling method. At the same time, we discussed the effect of monomer molar ratios, feeding time of monomer and reaction time for yield and confirmed the best monomer molar ratios, feeding time of monomer and reaction time. In the experiment of polysilane, we had carried on the infrared and ultraviolet test to products. We also observed the poly(phenyl-dimethyl)silane under the scanning electron microscopy.In addition, we chose exfoliation/reflocculation method to synthesize polysilane/molybdenum disulfide intercalation composites and tested XRD, FTIR, EDS, characterization for composites materials, we also observed the composites under the scanning electron microscopy and the transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that we successfully synthesized the polysilane/molybdenum disulfide intercalation composites materials. Through testing the electrical conductivity and friction properties of composites materials,we concluded the variation tendency of conductivity and friction properties of thecomposites material at the different ratio between gust and host.
