In recently years,the national importance of environmental issues is increasing,water pollution and the eutrophication of water body is the most important problem t o solve.In general,we call the closed water body through the whole process of grow th,development,aging,and extinction as the water eutrophication.Many nutrient ele ments in water system will accelerate the process of eutrophication,which can lead t o water pollution.There are lots of nutrient elements in water,and they can be rich in nutrition.In other conditions,to promote the rapid propagation of algae and other or ganisms,dissolved oxygen in the water will quickly consume,and the concentration of oxygen quickly reduced.That will destroy the water environment system and qual ity of water.In order to solve the growing water pollution,a large number of sewage treatment plants in China's major cities gradually increase investment,improve the introduction of professional personnel and increase the purchase of advanced equipment to deal with wastewater.The current water quality has been improved.Today,we use A2O technology to deal with sewage,although this technology has a very obvious effect on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus,there are also many problems in the process of operation.This paper analyzes the specific conditions of the sewage treatment plant in Kunshan,and studies the operating conditions.It researchs the COD,TN,NH4+-N,TP in June,2009.Through the analysis of various indicators of A2O technology of sewage treatment plant processing efficiency thoroughly,and then discusses the effect of the p H value,temperature,dissolved oxygen,sludge age to the removal effect of nitrogen and phosphorus.Based on these studies,this article tells the story of conditions to optimize the conditions that help sewage treatment plant to reduce the operation cost,and bring real benefits to the factory with the power consumption,the drug consumption,and the equipment damage rate of the three aspects.Finally it uses an example of wastewater treatment plant as a practical example.It is concluded that the conclusion of the study: the p H value of nitrifying bacteria should be 6 7.5.Denitrifying bacteria p H value is 6.5 8.5;anaerobic release phosphorus reaction conditions such as p H value should be less than or equal to 7;water temperature should be greater than or equal to 14?;dissolved oxygen content in water of the denitrification should be less than 0.5mg / L;anaerobic reaction of dissolved oxygen content should be in 0.2 mg / L;sludge age should be set in about 10 days.
