Wood cellulose is a natural, green sustainable material in the world. It also widely used in different industry. However, the production and application in domestic market is limited. The cellulose production is not developed well due to the low tech application with low requirement for purity and properties. The whole cellulose industry has a big gap compare with developed countries. This study mainly focuses on cellulose on wet granulation process, and how the different cellulose with different sourcing, process and properties impact on the final particles including particle size distribution, shape, anti-crash, color. Results are analyzed, using physical analytical method and statistical analysis method. It concludes that different source of wood and process makes different cellulose and different cellulose makes the different granules. It also concludes that the domestic cellulose has a lower quality compare with the imported ones and the main specification is not controlled during processing. |
