| The key parts of deep water facilities have the characteristics of large volume, high precision and expensive materials. Higher process and management requirements are proposed in the manufacturing process in order to reduce the production cost and ensure the quality of products. The workshop production information was collected in form of bar code to realize the production process dynamic tracking for the key parts of deep water facility manufacturing. The processing information dynamic curve was mapped based on the dynamic analysis and management of production weight information collected from each collection site, which is of great significance for improving the product quality and the qualified rate. The main research content was as follow:The workshop production overall business model and production tracking information model were established by the comprehensively analysis of the production process related links. The dynamic tracking scheme based on Code128 bar code was planned considering the characteristics of tracking information for key parts of deep water facilities production process.By analyzing the characteristics of key parts workshop production, barcode information of sourcing, design, technology and manufacturing was collected. The information was dynamic updated according to the weight of each phase. The production process information was feedback dynamically through the data collection site workshop.The digital manufacturing process dynamic tracking platform for the key parts of deep water facilities was developed with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and Visual Basic 6.0. Production of basic information module, program information management module, document information management module, dynamic information management module and inventory management module were completed.The underwater connector manufacturing process was taken as an example to prove the practicability, validity and reliability of the dynamic tracking system for the digital manufacturing process of deep water facilities key parts.The practical application shows that this system meets the need of data quality monitoring and information tracking for deep water facilities production enterprise. The tracking management of production information based on barcode is achieved. The Enterprise’s product quality, production efficiency and market competitiveness are improved. |
