In this paper,the acrylate emulsion with core-shell structure was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization process with styrene,methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate as the main monomers.The acrylate emulsion was modified by epoxy resin(E-51),?-(methacryloyl-oxy)propyltrimethoxysilane(KH-570)and nano SiO2.The effects of the amount of monomer and the amount of the monomer,the ratio of the core,the amount of the initiator,the amount of the added amount of the monomer,the ratio of the monomers,the amount of emulsifier and initiator on the properties of the emulsion were systematically studied and the properties of the emulsion and film were detected and analyzed.The silicone modified acrylate emulsion with high hardness,good adhesion,high heat resistance and high temperature resistance was successfully prepared.The influence of the amount of the additives on the performance of the coatings which was using the emulsion as the membrane material was studied,and ultimately produced better than the national standard of heat resistant waterborne wood coatings.The experimental results show that when the monomer emulsion polymerization process was added 1% of E-51,3% of KH-570,1.7% of N-MAM,0.8% of shell monomer AA,nuclear layer of hard monomer and soft monomer for 65:25,the amount of initiator ammonium persulfate was 0.4%,the OP-10 / SDS compound use two kinds of emulsifier,pre emulsifying anionic emulsifier and non-ionic emulsifier ratio was 2:1,aqueous phase ratio was 0.2:1.15,the amount of emulsifier accounted for 3% of total monomer,the reaction temperature is 75 ?,can get the yield was 99.2%,the adhesion resistance for level 1,hardness of 2 h,heat-resistant temperature of 400 ?of organic silicone modified core-shell acrylate emulsion.The formula of heat resistant waterborne coatings is KH-570 modified acrylate emulsion as film forming material,0.16% dispersing agent,8.34% titanium dioxide,6.21% TSP and talc,3.27% wax emulsion,3.27% ethylene glycol butyl ether as the film forming agent,0.03% foam agent,1.49% thickening agent.The performance of heat resistant waterborne coatings is hardness HB,Water resistance of 96 hours without exception and heat resistance of 15 minutes without exception at 200?.
