Emulsion explosive is one of the most widely used explosives in the domestic blasting industry.However,its power is not as big as TNT,PETN and other explosives.If it can improve the power of emulsion explosives,we can achieve the purpose of less explosive quantity,good effect,reduce costs and create more benefits in the actual project.The object of study of paper is emulsion explosive which has been added with high combustion aluminum.There are two directions: First,measuring the important explosive performance such as detonation velocity,brisance,power capability and gap distance of aluminum-containing emulsion explosive.Study on the change rule and trend of the main explosive performance of aluminum-containing emulsion explosive which contains different mass fraction of aluminum powder and different particle size of aluminum powder.Finding out the aluminum powder recipe which can improve the most power of emulsion explosives with the combination of theory;Second,under the condition of hydrostatic pressure keeping the same,changing the surface pressure of the static water to simulate different deep water environment in the 10 gTNT equivalent weight underwater explosion vessel to change the pressure on the rock in the water,studying the rock breaking ability of aluminum-containing emulsion explosive which contains different mass fraction of aluminum powder and different particle size of aluminum powder,exploring the relationship between depth of water 、 explosive quantity and degree of fragmentation of rock.The detonation velocity decreases with the increase of the mass fraction and particle size of aluminum powder;emulsion explosive which has been added with 2500 mesh and 30% mass fraction aluminum has the greatest brisance;the power capability are with the increase of the mass fraction of aluminum powder first and then decreased;gap distance had no significant variation.Under the condition of constant depth,the better power capability of the aluminum-containing emulsion explosive is,the smaller the boulder yield is;boulder yield of the same formula of aluminum increases with the increase of water depth.In this paper,the experience has been summarized according to the experiment,some proposals about concrete operations of explosive performance test have been putting forward,and hoping to provide reference for further research.
