In this thesis,the research on the process design of the cage roll-forming is conducted based the HFW 660 cage roll forming mill which has complex deformation,and setting up geometric model by CAD system.Then the forming process of X80 strip and springback are simulated by finite element analysis software ABAQUS and verified by field measurement.And to explore the influence of different thickness and type of steels on mechanical property.The researches show that it has little influence of strip edge's longitudinal strain before the finishing forming period,but the maximum increase in the finishing forming period;The greater the thickness,the greater the equivalent plastic strain(PEEQ)at the same place;By the increasing of the thickness,more materials plastic deformation occurred,and the springback will be reduced,which is advantageous to the tube forming at the next step.When the yield strength greater,the smaller the maximum of longitudinal strain in the finishing forming period;On the cross section,the PEEQ value of changed by the edge is greater than the center,which both have a decreasing trend.The increase of yield strength,the strip steel are less likely to be plastic deformation,which makes the springback greater that is advantageous to the tube forming at the next step. |
