Pipe is often used in gas and fluid transmission,gas supply in sintering processand and ore pulp transmission is no exception.However,general pipeline need the compressor or pump pressure as power.Because of the intermittent compression of the compressor,the fluid in pipe will be pulsation.It will produce vibration force while the pulsation fluid come across bend pipe?blind flange and so on.When the vibration force is small,the pipe will be broken,the media will give away.When the vibration force is big,it will Cause accidents and endanger life.This paper focus on terrible gas pulsation in gas pipe of one sintering plant,calculation and numerical simulation software FLUENT was used to preliminary analysis internal flow field in pipeline at first.Then put forward a feasible vibration reduction measures: orifice plate combined with change diameter pipe.Focus on this vibration reduction measures,the pipeline 3D model with different open porosity orifice plate and the different numbers of cavities orifice plate was established.The numerical simulation was used in two aspects:reduce internal flow pulsation in pipeline and the fluid structure interaction in fluid structure interaction pipes.The best open porosity and the best numbers of cavities in the orifice plate will be found by the simulation result.According to the numerical simulation orifice result,when the orifice plate's open porosity is 30% meanwhile the numbers of cavities is 1,the internal flow pulsation in pipeline is weakest,the maximum of total deformation in fluid structure interaction pipes are minimal.Then use the gas supply pipeline optimum vibration reduction parameters to the ore pulp pipe,study the fluid structure interaction in the pipes,find the the optimum vibration reduction parameters of sintering gas pipeline is also applicable to the the ore pulp pipe.
