SBR system as a sewage treatment technology is a kind of economical and practical biological treatment method in the activated sludge process,which is widely paid attention by all parties.In recent years,researchers have studied the combination of biological filler and SBR system,in order to further improve the effectiveness of SBR system for the removal of pollutants.To develop a kind of wastewater treatment,that can provide the attached growth conditions for microorganisms in SBR system,and can also increase the activity and sedimentation performance of activated sludge during the process of biological treatment by changing the activated sludge microbial properties in the system.This paper used urban sewage as the object of study,and compared with the traditional SBR system,that had studied the removal effectivency of pollutants with suspended biological filler SBR system,humic biological filler SBR system and double biological filler SBR system(the SBR system was added to the suspended biological filler and the humus biological filler synchronously),and analyzed the biochemical characteristics and microbial diversity of activated sludge in SBR system w ith different biological filler.Experimental results showed that suspended biological filler SBR system increased and enriched the types of biomass and microbial flora,which constituted a relatively stable compound biological treatment system of fixed growth and suspended growth;Although humic biological filler SBR system was still suspended growth biological treatment system,but it could make the ordinary activated sludge into humus activated sludge that had better removal capacity of nitrogen and phosphorus by humic biological filler;And double biological filler SBR system(the SBR system was added to the suspended biological filler and the humus biological filler synchronously)had characteristics of suspended biological filler SBR system and humus biological filler SBR system.Each system's experiment result showed that the suspension biological filler SBR system,humic biological filler SBR systems,double biological filler SBR system had spent shorter time than traditional SBR system in starting system,and the removal of COD,NH3-N and TP superior to the traditional SBR system.In the stable stage,the COD removal rate was 95.3% in compound bio-filler SBR system,up 2.7% compared with traditional SBR system,while,all the systems are in small differences.Suspended biological filler,humus biological filler and compound bio-filler SBR system in the removal of NH3-N were better than traditional SBR system,the rates were 88.0%,86.4% and 86.5%,which were higher than traditional SBR by 6.86%,5.24% and 5.34%.Meanwhile,the phosphorus removal efficiency of the three groups was better than that of the traditional SBR system,the rates were 92.9%,93.8% and 93.5%,which were higher than traditional SBR system by 2.5%,3.4% and 3.1%.Nutrient removal of double biological filler SBR system was better than humic biological filler SBR systems,and phosphorus removal was better than suspension biological filler SBR system.The sludge characteristics analysis of each system showed that: adding activated sludge biological filler made microbial species more richer than traditional SBR system,that could form biological flocculation and improve sludge settling properties;The EPS contents of activated sludge by adding biological filler into S BR systems were always lower than traditional SBR system,settling properties were better than traditional SBR system,at the end of the run cycle,the EPS minimum contents of humus bio-fillers SBR systems was 44.5mg /gvss;The humus content of double biological filler SBR system was more than suspension biological filler SBR system,less than the humic biological filler SBR systems.MiSeq high-throughput sequencing results showed that: the biodiversity of humic biological filler SBR system was the lowest,double biological filler SBR system and suspended biological filler SBR system were higher in biodiversity,which were better than traditional SBR systems.Suspended biological filler played a leading role in double biological filler SBR system on the effect of microbial diversity.These aerobic sludge systems were attributed to nine mycota,there were more content of Proteobacteria in humic biological filler SBR systems,and less C hlorobi in traditional SBR system.The community structure of active sludge in double biological filler SBR system,suspension biological filler SBR system and humic biological filler SBR systems were different from what in traditional SBR system,that had an advantage in wastewater treatment.
