Micro-structured surface which is makes the work pieces have a certain surface morphology characteristics by special processing in surface structure shows a broad application prospect in the field of modern national defense science and technology and industry.High machining precision and wide applicability,high processing efficiency and powerful three-dimensional processing ability makes Micros machining technology become an important means of micro structure surface processing.The rapid development of ultra-precision machining technology and precision of CNC machine tools,the micro tool design and ultra-precision detection technology,makes the study of micro cutting technology has been in-depth study.The V-groove cutting processing as an important form of micro machining process,the mechanism of V-groove machining has certain reference value of micro cutting theory study.In this paper,the micro structure of V-groove machining as research object,micro V groove machining experiment was carried out by using the single crystal diamond tool in orthogonal cutting way,on three different processing materials(oxygen-free copper,6061 aluminum alloy and PMMA).Mainly the micro machining mechanism of V-groove was analyzed by studied micro machining cutting force and chip and surface quality.The main work and research contents are as follows:(1)Expounds the applications and characteristics of micro machining and introduces the research on micro machining;Introduces currently research of micro machining;According to the practical experimental conditions,determined the micro research contents of V-groove machining mechanism,and completed the construction of the machining experiment platform.(2)Cutting force of V-groove processing in the process is studied.According to the machining of micro V-groove,its two-dimensional and the three-dimensional cutting force modeling was built.V-groove machining experiment was designed and Kistler cutting force measurement system was used to collect on the cutting force during the cutting process.To correct the cutting force data and analyzed cutting force under the different material and the change of cutting parameters,includes cutting speed and cutting depth,found the cutting depth are main factors affecting cutting force,the influence of cutting speed on cutting force is not big,go for V groove processing unit cutting force,analysis the change of unit cutting force analysis under different cutting condition.(3)Analyzed and observed micro chip of V-groove cutting process.Chip formation of V-groove machining process is studied and go for chip compress ratio by measuring and calculating the chip of V-groove machining process,analyze its change rule,get the change rule of chip by observing shape of chip under the different materials and cutting parameters.(4)Surface formation of V-groove machining is analyzed,according to the characteristics of the micro cutting,discusses the influence factors on the surface of the micro machining.Discussed the detection method of the micro structure surface,measure the V-groove according to the structure characteristics,and analyzes the problem of actual measurement,using confocal microscopy to observe processing surface and come to a conclusion oxygen-free copper and6061 aluminum alloy is more suitable for V groove processing.
