Due to the phenomenon of reservoir water coning in bottom water reservoir, reservoir heterogeneity and so on in the process of oil exploitation, oil production will appear water, which will bring a series of harm, so the correlation technique is applied to oil well completion to achieve delayed water breakthrough and water control and oil increment. Based on the analysis of ICD, ICV flow control technology in domestic and abroad, this paper designs and develops an adaptive fluid flow control valve according to the relevant fluid theory. It has the advantages of simple structure, no need to use any electrical components, etc. It can play a controlled water and oil production effect and to a certain extent reduce the oil reservoir water for oil exploitation.In this paper, the structure of the control valve is designed. The integral structure is connected with the fusion welding technology, which makes the structure of the valve body is simple and compact. Valve control mainly includes floating disc, a base, a valve body and the inner set four parts. Through the screw thread of the valve body to oil pipeline, the floating disc is the only moving part in the valve, which can control the valve opening to achieve control of water and increase oil with the changes in the viscosity of the fluid.Then the model of the flow field simulation of the control valve is established. Using the ANSYS ICEM CFD, the model is divided into a structured grid, which provides the basis for the following fluid simulation. Reasonable setting of FLUENT and a variety of criteria using can determine the convergence of simulation in the solution of the adaptive flow control valve performance simulation analysis. By changing the viscosity of the fluid and the floating disc and access opening pressure difference simulation conditions, different fluid nature, the flow pressure flow conditions, flow rate and adaptive flow range simulation results, and drawing the corresponding graph, the visually detailed on the control valve flow field are analyzed and studied, finally sums up the law and the conclusion.At last, the simulation results show that the well surface design of flow control valve can along with the change of fluid viscosity. The floating disc uses the appropriate action to change opening and the flow, and eventually to control the water and increase oil is designed. The concave disc control valve has the ability of self-position after the floating disc eccentric, so the concave disk is determined as the final floating disc structure. Flow control valve in the key size parameters will affect the use of performance, so the reasonable selection of relevant dimensions is conducive to the optimal control of water and oil. In this paper, the effect of sand discharge hole, inlet back pressure and different pressure difference on the performance of control valves are also studied.
