| In this paper,there were three kinds of berries used as test materials which were blueberry,Yang Feng Persimmon and Mopan Persimmon.During the period of cold storage and shelf life,we tested sensory,physiological,nutritional quality and electronic nose’ rapid discrimination,blueberries’ volatile components of these berries and studied the effects of gas regulation under storage microenvironment on the berries.Meanwhile,in order to control gas composition,we studied the gas permeation change trend of different atmosphere components of plastic modified box,which were expected to provide a theoretical and practical support for the choice of suitable atmosphere components on storage and transportation of fruits and vegetables.The main research results were as follows:By means of no-load experiment,we summed eleven kinds of atmosphere components designed at present up into five groups.The No.seven has the fastest change rate of gas permeation among them and then followed by No.six,three,five and two,which was also confirmed by real-load test of blueberries.During short storage,different atmosphere components had the similar effect on regulating the gas composition inside plastic modified box,thus there was no significant difference between the effects of fresh-keeping on blueberries.And the seventh atmosphere components could make the gas composition inside plastic modified box maintain the range of 10.5%-14.9% O2 and 5.5%-10.5% CO2,which was more suitable for blueberries in long-term storage.However,No.two and five atmosphere components made the O2 below 3%and CO2 above 20%,which were counter-productive to blueberries under fresh-keeping during the later stage of storage.The effects of controlled atmosphere+1-MCP under gas regulation of storage microenvironment were more effective than controlled atmosphere,and controlled atmosphere were more effective than single cold storage on maintaining higher rate of good fruit,mean flesh firmness,TA and restraining blueberries’ respiration intensity.The differences of three treatments on postponing the descent of TSS and VC contents were not significant,though atmosphere+1-MCP was best,which was followed by gas regulation.The treatments had similar result for shelf life.The volatile components of blueberry were mainlyterpenes and then aldehydes.The electronic nose detection could be used to rapidly distinguish blueberries under different treatments without impairment.The regular quality indexes of blueberries were roughly consistent with analysis results of GC-MS and electronic nose.Therefore,the method of GC-MS combined with electronic nose was feasible to determine the quality of blueberries.Portable plastic box with modified atmosphere played a certain role in fresh-keeping of persimmons,but the effects were not significant.The box provided sweet persimmons the storage microenvironment of 17%-18% O2 and 2%-3% CO2 and Mopan persimmons of7%-14% O2 and 4%-12% CO2.The storage microenvironment with gas regulation of 1-MCP provided a gas condition for Yang Feng Persimmons with 16%-18% O2 and 2%-5% CO2 and Mopan Persimmon with 4%-13% O2 and 5%-14% CO2,which has the similar effects on two cultivars persimmon and was more effective than the single portable plastic box with modified atmosphere.It could be effective in many ways,like inhibiting fruit browning,maintaining the firmness,reducing the respiratory rate and the ethylene production,inhibiting the activities of PG,CX and PPO and alleviating the decrease of total phenol.Meanwhile,the method of electronic nose also could be applied to conduct non-destructive testing rapidly on persimmon under different storage microenvironments with modified atmosphere. |
